K.Komil Boutique Hotel is exceptional for its origin and style, as well as for the family that runs the hotel. Though the hotel was started quite recently in the year 2000, the history of the house where the hotel is located began more than 100 years ago. For more than 50 years the house has been owned by the family of the present owners and has been passed on to several generations.
Today, the hotel consists of two blocks - the original 19th century house and a newly built block.
The old part of the house has remained practically untouched from the period of its construction and features original architecture and interior decoration. The beauty of the 19th century décor may be seen in the hotel's dining room, where the adornment has been kept as it was a hundred years ago. The embellishment of the dining room reveals genuine patina, stucco carvings with traditional ornaments that keep the glow of natural paints, applied more than a century ago. The decor is being thoroughly taken care of to preserve its value.
The new part of the hotel is also made in national Bukharian style with carved wooden doors, stucco engravings and painted ornaments on walls.
At the same time, K.Komil Boutique Hotel is a place where guests will find exceptional modern comfort and service in Bukhara. The family that owns and runs the hotel does its best to make the stay of their guests comfortable, offering spacious rooms with well equipped bathrooms and large comfortable beds.
