Hotel Orient Star


Apart from being a historical sight in itself, Hotel Orient Star lies within the inner town of Khiva, home to the architectural museum - Ichan-Kala. Many historical monuments of ancient Khiva surround the hotel; guests may start their tour right from the gates of Hotel Orient Star. Very close to Hotel Orient Star is the Kaltar Minor Minaret, which was planned to be the greatest minaret in the East. The hotel lies right behind the West Gate of the wall of Ichan-Kala.
