Hotel Lyabi House

Hotel Lyabi House is on a small street right across the Lyabi Khauz Complex.

Hotel Lyabi House was established in 1997 as a small B&B located in the premises of a restored 19th century house. Since that time, the hotel has been expanded to feature 40 modern rooms. However, the original feel and atmosphere of the hotel has been retained.

The hotel welcomes its guests with a stunning view of the 19th century ayvan - a traditional summer terrace in Uzbek houses. The ayvan is the pride and distinction of Hotel Lyabi House, together with the splendid dining room that has been carefully restored to preserve the charm of the original dwelling. It took 4 years for the owners of the hotel, together with skilled Bukharian masters to renovate the interior and restore the ganch (stucco) and wooden adornment with original paintings on walls.

The atmosphere of an Uzbek dwelling is also maintained in the interior of the rooms. There, the guests of the hotel will find themselves surrounded with hand-made Tukomen, Bukharian and Persian carpets, authentic wooden ceilings and original accessories. The bathrooms are adorned with hand-made ceramic tiles.

In the hotel restaurant, guests will be served with dishes from the rich Uzbek cuisine. Especially popular is the Bukharian pilaw with raisins or garlic.
